The Palm model of condo at Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Desert is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath single level condominium with 1549 square feet and a "morning room" or den off of the kitchen and courtyard. The unit can be as shown or reversed. Each condo has a detached 2 car garage with a central and usually gated oversized courtyard between the garage and the kitchen and second bedroom and morning room. Gas barbeques are usually located in the courtyard area, but have occasionally been moved to a back golf course patio.
In all cases the Palm floor plan boasts cathedral ceilings in the family / dining area, and the master bedroom. The floor plan is designed to be open in the shared spaces of the kitchen, dining and family room. The kitchen are fully equipped and have pass through bars, often with seating to the dining area. Many have breakfast tables in the spacious kitchen as well. The oversized family room is one of the best parts of the Palm with it's giant sliding doors to the golf course patio, and of course golf course views. The master bedrooms enjoy their own giant sliding doors to an attached, but second golf course patio..
The floor plan is perfect for a two couples and extended families. Quite often we find people rent this model and then have company in and out during their stay. The couple will enjoy the spacious and private master suite with sliders to a golf course patio, walk in closet in the bath, full closet in the bedroom, his and her sinks, and a full tub. Families will enjoy the second bedroom with it's large closet, doors or window to the courtyard, private entry to the bath, and ample size. Your family or company will enjoy the extra space provided by the den which often has additional sleeping, and in some cases, has been converted to an office or 3rd bedroom. All Palm condos at Palm Valley have indoor washer and dryer as well.
