Palm Desert Vacation Rental Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Where is this vacation rental condo located in Palm Valley Country Club? Answer: This golf condo in on the 9th fairway of the championship golf course. The condo is located on Sweet Pea Way, one of the quietest and most desirable streets in all of Palm Valley.
Question: What time is check in and check out at your vacation rental? Answer: Check in is 3pm or later and check out is at 10 am sharp. We can not usually accomodate early arrivals or late check outs because we need time to make this vacation home ready for your stay and for the next guest's stay. That said, we can occasionally arrange alternate schedules on a preapproved basis if there is not a back to back stay.
Question: Will you consider a well behaved dog, cat, etc? Answer: No. This luxury rental condo is pet free.
Question: Do you allow smoking in the condo or outside? Answer: No. The condo is smoke free inside and out.
Question: I didn't see monthly rates. Do you rent by the month? Answer: Yes, this vacation rental is available by the month, week, and with a 3 night minimum. Monthly rates are available by specific request based on the dates. No monthly discounts are available for the month of March.
Question: What is required to reserve your Palm Desert golf condo? Answer: At the time of your reservation I will email a rental agreement and rental policies for your signature. A deposit of 50% of all fees and taxes as well as a $500 refundable security deposit are also required to secure your reservation. The remainder is due 60 days prior to your arrival. I accept PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and US personal checks when time permits.
Question: What if we have to cancel our vacation stay? Answer: I encourage you to buy trip insurance if this is a concern. Cancellation of your stay requires a 25% cancellation fee. If your cancellation is less than 60 days prior to your arrival, all of the rental fees are retained. If your term can be re-rented, rental fees will be refunded less the 25% and any difference in rents.
Question: Do you supply a golf cart for our use at this vacation rental? Answer: No we don't have one, but the fees are very reasonable.
Question: Where is the closest pool and spa? Answer: The closest pool and spa are directly across the street from our condo. There are over 40 in Palm Valley Country Club, in addition to the Jr. Olympic pool at the clubhouse. The next closest pool is approximately 6 units down on our side.
Question: You are booked for the time I want to stay. Can you help me find another place? Answer: Sure.
