The family and dining room pictured above is the first area you will see when you enter the unit.The whole place is freshly painted, carpeted, and redecorated.The glass door opens directly to our gorgeous view of Oceanside beach. The wall opposite of the couch houses a 42"Plasma High Definition TV with surround sound, DVD, VCR, and DVR (to pause and record live television), expanded cable, over 50 videos for young children, and a good stock of family board games.Should you bring more than 4 people, or just have a teen or grandparent who needs a different spot to sleep, we provide a nice queen sleeper sofa in this Oceanside California condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for a quick breakfast at the bar, a drink on the balcony, or a gourmet dinner at our sea grass and glass table.Appliances are all new or newer and include: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic top stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron, and blender.The counters are Corian to help keep this condo sparkling!We try to keep the kitchen stocked with some of the items that you don't want to buy when you only need a little (flour, sugar, salt, oil) - you never know what kind of niceties you may find.
Step up into the master bedroom loft and instantly relax in cool oceanfront luxury.You will find ample room to stretch in the comfortable king bed and wake up rejuvenated each day after being draped in luxury linens.There is a full private bath, a walk in closet, and your own television and vcr.The roof top patio is so pleasant though, you might want to sleep out there!
The guest bedroom is on the first floor of the Oceanside rental condo and has a window bench to enjoy the grand ocean view and breezes.These twins beds can be converted to a king for a second couple using the "twin doubler"and king linens we supply.There are plenty of pillows and blankets as our family wants yours to be comfortable.For those who must view night time TV to fall asleep, there is even a small one in this room.
Enjoy breakfast or cocktails on the ocean view balcony (you can see out here from the couch too.)The balcony is a comfortable spot for two to relax and take in the beach and minor street scene (it is one way leaving the beach, and dead ends going into the beach).The building across the way is also part of North Coast Village, and there is a second pool and spa there.My personal favorite on this balcony is sipping a cold iced tea after working on the condo!
Retreat to your own roof top patio and enjoy thesights and sounds of Oceanside's active, but unspoiled beach.The patio of the Oceanside rental condo is located outside oversized sliding doors from the upstairs master suite.The patio is very comfortable for four to six people, and so pretty and private you won't want to come down.All of the ocean view pictures you see on this site are from this patio - not from a common area.
