I understand that by submitting this form I am requesting a reservation at Mussel Cove vacation rental in Georgetown Maine. I also understand that this is a TENTATIVE reservation that will be confirmed based on availability, receipt of security deposit of $350, receipt of 50% of total rent and taxes, and the return and acceptance of a signed rental agreement and policies which will be emailed or faxed to me by the owner of this vacation rental. A sample rental agreement and policies is available upon request. This rental is strictly a non smoking and pet free rental.
