These pictures don't do the bedrooms justice - new ones will come soon - these were taken in between seasons and in the case of the guest bedroom, without linens... The left is in the very large master bedroom suite with a king size bed, an oversized full bath, closet, and sliding doors to the lovely golf course patio. The views from the patio are among the best in all of Palm Valley Country Club AND there is no train noise from this location. On the right is the convenient guest bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and private entrance to the second bath.

3 night minimum applies and may not be available during Holiday periods or peak rental weeks.
$100 normal cleaning fee and 9% city tax are not included in rates. There is no tax for stays of greater than 30 nights. The cleaning fee for longer stays and those with pet in tow is $150.
$500 refundable security/damage deposit required. Rental agreement required.
50% of rent + security deposit due at reservation. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival.
